Our resident Coffee Concierge can offer a wide variety of cafe services, including equipment set-up or upgrade advice, estimates, coffee advice & training, and contractor referrals for building or renovating your space. Our technical team can answers most questions related to both home & commercial coffee equipment concerns. We provide maintenance for and repair commercial coffee equipment, specializing in La Marzocco & Synesso espresso machines and Mazzer & Mahlkonig grinders. We also carry Curtis brewers & grinders. We service other equipment brands as well, such as Nuova Simonelli, Victoria Arduino, Rancilio & Fetco.

At Innovation Coffee, we're available for commercial machines maintenance and repairs 24/7. From 9am to 5pm weekdays, regular rates apply. The service rate before/after hours increases by 50%. For weekend or holiday service the base charge is $300. Our goal is to limit the loss of business for coffee establishments--whether they be cafes, bistros or restaurants--by their equipment being down for service.
Our current base service/labour charge is $190, which covers travel costs and up to an hour and a half of labour. Additional labour is charged at a rate of $90/hour. For driving distances (one way only) past 45 minutes the charge will be $220, plus an extra $30 per 15 minute increments afterward up to $360. For the Sunshine Coast, the base charge is $360 (ferry costs included). Extra travel charges may apply outside the Greater Vancouver area.
