SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
 

All orders will receive a shipping confirmation email once sent that will include a tracking number.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

We currently use Canada Post to ship all online orders. If requesting an alternate shipping method, please call in with your order.

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Currently, Innovation Coffee only ships items within Canada.

How can I contact your couriers?
 

Canada Post and most other couriers have online tracking features by which you can track your order once shipped.

 

 

 

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

Innovation Coffee offers a conditional 30-day return policy. Items can be returned (minus shipping charges) for a full refund provided they are unused in the original packaging.

Some items with light use may be returned for a partial refund (minus shipping charges) if you are unsatisfied with their performance. A restocking fee will be applied dependant upon condition.

Damaged or defective items will be fully replaced or refunded, with original and/or additional shipping costs refunded and/or reimbursed by Innovation Coffee.

Custom ordered machines can't be returned, with the exception of the event of major damage before delivery or catastrophic malfunction within 30 days of use.
